Job Description

Executive Assistant:

Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive team.
Coordinating and managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Preparing detailed reports, documents, and presentations.
Streamlining administrative procedures to improve efficiency.
Representing the Executives in external meetings and events.
Coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
Be the gatekeeper between the Executive team and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previously worked in an Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail.
  • Able to foresee and mitigate risks.
