Job Description
As the Executive Assistant supporting the SVP, you will:
Providing full administrative support to the SVP
Managing correspondence via email and post
Coordinating meetings and managing executives' schedules
Preparing essential reports and presentations
Implementing and maintaining administrative systems
Handling confidential documents and information with discretion
Managing travel arrangements and expenses for executives
Performing other relevant duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
A strong educational background in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role within the Business Services industry
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software
Adept at multitasking and prioritising tasks
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
