Day-to-Day Operations:
Review and draft a variety of contracts including amendments, nondisclosure agreements, subcontract agreements, and commercial agreements.
Monitor contract compliance with established procedures.
Advise PMT(s) on risks and opportunities within the contract.
Prepare and negotiate contract amendments.
Provide guidance on the project contracts to Staff Managers and Executives.
Serve as the point of contact between two parties in contractual matters.
Provide redlined recommendations on contracts at bid stage.
Maintain and update contractual records, changes, status reports, and other information.
Maintain and update project Risk Registers with PMs.
Ensure all contracts are signed and delivered to relevant parties.
Work with other teams such as Legal, Estimation, and Finance on the contract requirements.
Education / Skills / Technical Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in law or a related field (optional engineering degree with formal education in contract execution & management).
Minimum five years of previous experience as a contract manager or in a related position.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.
