A leading company in the global gaming industry is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator for payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Keka HRMS and a background in HR or Accounting. Responsibilities include managing monthly payroll, handling attendance inputs, and ensuring accurate payroll data. - Handle inputs such as attendance leaves bonuses and reimbursements.
- Ensure accuracy in payroll data and on-time salary disbursement.
- Generate and maintain payroll-related reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and Keka support to resolve any issues.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in payroll processing.
- Proven experience with Keka HRMS (mandatory).
- Bachelors degree in HR Accounting or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and digital documentation tools.
