Job Description
Core Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
- Create and execute sales strategies to meet company goals and grow the customer base
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and potential clients
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Engage in regular communication with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Lead Generation & Market Expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales
- Analyse market trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences to spot growth opportunities
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to generate new leads
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the Sales Manager or senior management
- Track KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure sales goals are met
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Lead negotiations and work to close high-value deals in alignment with company objectives
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Provide training and support to junior sales executives and new team members
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery
- Office based job, requires working longer hours on computer
- Onsite role & responsibility based on the project requirement
- External meetings will be required to meet with clients/venders as per business and project needs
Formal Education: Bachelor’s in business administration or related field
Work Experience: 2 - 3 years experience in event planning and management
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English
- Strong Client Relationship Management Skills
- Ability to Collaborate Effectively with internal teams
- Established industry network is a plus
- Knowledge and ability to use CRM system
