Job Description

A Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, monitoring sales performance, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing store policies. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a deep understanding of retail operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
2. Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
3. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer concerns or complaints.
5. Maintain inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize losses.
6. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product placement and pricing.
7. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and store regulations.
8. Develop and implement promotional campaigns and in-store displays.
9. Manage store budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
10. Collaborate with corporate management to align store objectives with company goals.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
5. Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
7. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
8. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
9. Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and sales techniques.
