Job Description

The HR manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. This role plays a crucial part in developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives and create a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing workplace concerns effectively.
  • Implement performance management systems and provide guidance on employee development plans.
  • Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and best HR practices.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll-related functions in coordination with finance teams.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting engagement initiatives and company culture.
  • Support management with strategic workforce planning and succession planning efforts.
  • Keep up to date with HR trends and innovations to improve processes and employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
