As a Senior Account Manager for the MENA region, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts in the Middle East and North Africa. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic account plans for key clients
Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services.
Actively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to inform account strategies.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients
Track and report on key account metrics and performance
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management
Experience working with clients in the MENA region
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong client relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
