Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans to support the change journey within Elite Banking.
  • Create and deliver presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including business analytics, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Conduct capacity planning to ensure resources are effectively allocated.
  • Manage the overall budget for the Elite Banking department, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project performance and departmental budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and support.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Functions within the framework and boundaries of Group policies as well as overall organizational and governance frameworks.
  • Authorized to take decisions as per the approved authorization matrix.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
