We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our warehouse / eCommerce team.

The ideal candidate should be able to handle dispatching large volumes of orders, have an in-depth knowledge of eCommerce structure, and a willingness to gain an understanding of our products and business.

Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle stressful situations.

The Warehouse Assistant Manager will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

The primary role is to oversee and manage all operations and administration of the Distribution Centre / Warehouse, including receiving, processing, dispatching, and delivery of stock to online customers.

1. Dispatching orders
2. General management of eCommerce and supplier-allocated stock
3. Supporting our online warehouse team
4. Liaising directly with the courier company
5. Stock updates
6. Daily dispatch reports
7. Packing and organizing orders
8. Management of refunded / returned stock
9. Keeping the warehouse organized and in order
10. Processing and creation of waybills
11. Management of staff time reports and leave applications

1. Stock control and order dispatching
2. Overseeing and managing all operations and administration of the distribution warehouse
3. Liaising closely with other departments to ensure maximum flow of stock
4. Ensuring all packing requirements are followed correctly
5. Corresponding and reporting directly to the eCommerce team on a daily basis
6. Managing Quality Assurance
7. Enforcing strict control over the cleanliness and tidiness of the production area
8. Carrying out any other reasonable duties as required by Management
9. Monitoring service of third-party carriers

1. Matric Required
2. Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a warehouse management role (eCommerce experience is a bonus)
3. Clothing retail experience will be an advantage
