Permanent Position based in Phillipi Cape Town

We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Senior Warehouse Worker, you will report to the Manager and be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations. Your duties will include supervising warehouse activities, coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations as well as various sales and customer functions.

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing inventory control processes
2. Ensuring compliance with safety procedures
3. Various warehousing functions
4. Achieving sales targets
5. Meeting with customers

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role
2. Strong organizational and leadership skills
3. Excellent communication abilities
4. Diploma or experience in sales advantageous
5. Proven sales or customer service experience
6. Results driven, motivated to achieve sales targets
7. Must have a valid driver’s license
8. Matric (Grade 12)
9. Ability to lift 25kg
10. Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly, approachable
11. Able to start immediately or as soon as possible
