To design, implement, analyse and maintain simple network facilities which includes all aspects of the Audio Visual infrastructure, internal and external, mobile, public and private, Internet / Intranet and call centres in order to continuously enhance service delivery. Responsibilities include:

1. Design, install, and maintain audio and visual systems, including video conferencing systems.
2. Experience working on CISCO video conferencing equipment.
3. Ensure that all audio and visual components of a system work together well.
4. Design of AV / VC boardrooms – HDMI, screens, audio speakers.
5. Product knowledge of brands and functionalities of various parts of Audio-Visual hardware, and an understanding of their use in an integrated system.
6. Meeting with stakeholders to spec out the AV / VC boardrooms.
7. Engaging with suppliers / vendors on VC / AV equipment and obtaining quotations and verifying standards are adhered to in the quotations.

1. Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
2. Develop financial model for charge-out for all components to ensure relevant income is generated.
3. Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.
4. Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in area of expertise.
5. Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
6. Develop appropriate strategic plans for the network design and architecture by executing plans and all changes required to optimise business network.
7. Monitor changes in legislation, regulations, initiatives and relevant industry practices.
8. Ensure drafting and implementation of appropriate interventions.
9. Identify all the components within the network by defining benchmarks for latency and utilisation of network components.
10. Implement network changes during defined slots and at appropriate times by executing all changes.
11. Ensure all network testing and analysis of network facilities are executed and findings used to increase efficiencies in the business.
12. Produce multi-network designs, design policies and applications for the business.
13. Resolution of high-level problems.
14. Ensure network security policy implementation and monitoring.
15. Assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate.
16. Manage personal development to increase own skills and competencies.

Over 10 years experience designing and maintaining boardrooms.
