We currently have positions available for 3rd Shift. Typical Days / Hours are Sunday through Wednesday 8:00pm to 6:30am or 7pm to 5:30am. Occasional Thursday overtime may be available or required.

Execute production schedules as rated throughout to meet quality, safety, cost, and delivery standards.

1. Execute the daily production schedule to meet customer orders.
2. Ensure timely and accurate production of product, including setup of equipment/supplies, to maintain processing standards.
3. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery safely and securely as needed to achieve a high standard of performance.
4. Properly handle ingredients used in production as needed, including staging, measuring, and mixing.
5. Complete all necessary paperwork to company standards.
6. Adhere to all cleaning procedures in the production area.
7. Adhere to the allergen control program guidelines, including equipment cleaning and verification activities.
8. Take corrective action as assigned by the Supervisor based on pre-operation and daily self-assessment audit findings.
9. Participate in investigating issues, finding root causes, and developing solutions for issues that arise in the production area.
10. Take actions necessary to resolve food safety and quality deficiencies.
11. Maintain safe working conditions and preserve the integrity of the environmental health and safety system through adherence to the policies and procedures outlined in the safety program.
12. Participate in mandatory training program requirements.
13. Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures.
14. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Knowledge of production procedures preferred.
3. 1+ years of production experience in food manufacturing desired.
4. Machine operator experience desired.
5. Basic HMI experience desired.
6. Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to effectively communicate with peers and leadership.
8. Ability to work cross-functionally, convey equipment issues, and maintain confidentiality.
9. Ability to think quickly and handle frequent change.
10. Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and multitask.
11. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, quality-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
12. Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business need.

Compensation details: 22-22 Yearly Salary
