Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field.
Previous experience working in HR within the mining industry.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in the mining sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Certification in HR management or related field (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
