Min Requirements
Bachelor's Honours degree in Human Resources
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Human Resource Officer / HR Manager in the manufacturing production industry or in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Responsibilities
Oversee and support the HR Management of the company with the HR Manager.
Manage and implement BBBEE compliance and initiatives.
Develop and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Enhance and grow culture in the company (Rewards and Benefits Programme).
Manage staff wellness budget and others.
Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
Full HR Development and implementation.
Manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
