Lead the investigation and analysis of marine incidents, accidents, and security events, ensuring accurate reporting and structured follow-up.

Monitor and research new maritime regulations, industry developments, and emerging technologies related to marine safety and quality.
Coordinate and support crisis management activities during serious incidents, including maintaining emergency response plans and conducting drills.
Participate in cross-functional and ad-hoc projects related to fleet safety, quality, and risk management.
Degree or diploma from a recognised Maritime Academy / Marine University or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of shore-based experience in roles such as DPA, Deputy DPA, Marine Superintendent, or Marine/Manning Manager within a shipowner or ship management organisation.
Hands-on experience managing vessel emergencies or casualties from a shore-based role.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
Experience in incident data analysis, trend review, or safety statistics will be an advantage.
We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Thank you for your understanding.
