The team assists with execution of security assurance required to support deepening regulatory expectations of AWS and its customers, identifying and removing obstacles to trust while simultaneously creating scalable mechanisms to support regulated customers meeting their responsibilities for security in the cloud. The AWS Compliance and Security Assurance team is responsible for creating, implementing and operating the mechanisms for customer and regulator engagement, building and applying compliance and security assurance domain expertise of all global geographies, industries and data sensitivities. At AWS's scale, we must invent new ways to provide the highest level of compliance and assurance to our most regulatory conscious customers. The successful candidate will develop comprehensive performance metrics and leverage their analytic skills to generate insights that demonstrate our impact in facilitating regulated customers' success in their cloud journey. They will also advocate for tooling enhancements including influence of the related product strategy, roadmap, and associated resourcing. The successful candidate is one who loves working across many stakeholders to design solutions for complex compliance challenges.
