Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to strengthen our team.

About Us

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure work activities in compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Act and its subsidiary.
2. Assist the WSHO to promote the safe conduct of the Works at the workplaces and other safety related matters.
3. Assist with safety program implementation at the workplace towards safety culture development and the achievement of WSH targets and objectives.
4. Conduct regular site safety inspections.
5. Participate in risk assessment.
6. Liaise closely with staff, Managers and clients on all EHS Matters.
7. Conduct daily toolbox meeting with workers on Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) and Risk Assessments (RAs) requirements and compliance.
8. Carry out incident investigations with WSHOs and follow up on the implementation of proposed corrective actions.
9. Inspect and rectify unsafe practices and conditions at the workplaces.
10. Supervise Subcontractors' safety personnel in safety promotion, enforcement and compliance.
11. Maintain and update safety related documentation and records.
12. Assist to organize WSH campaign and safety related activities.
13. Participate in safety audits.
14. Implement the safety permit-to-work (PTW) system.
15. Take on any safety related, and other ad-hoc duties assigned.
