MacArtney Singapore is seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented QHSE / Sales Coordinator to support our operations, uphold our quality and safety standards, and strengthen sales activities across the Asia‑Pacific region. This hybrid role ensures seamless sales administration, efficient order processing, and strict compliance with QHSE policies aligned with MacArtney Group requirements.

• Act as the QHSE Representative for MacArtney Singapore, supporting the implementation and upkeep of the company’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental management systems.
• Monitor compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001 & ISO 45001) and MacArtney Group QHSE procedures.
• Assist in conducting internal audits, preparing audit documentation, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and participate in incident investigations when necessary.
• Maintain QHSE documentation, risk assessments, SOPs, and training records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety, quality assurance, and environmental.
• Ensure safe work practices across warehouse, workshop and office activities, promoting a strong QHSE culture within the team.
• Liaise with group-level QHSE representatives to align local practices with global requirements.

• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders and sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in sales calculations and costing when required.
• Support the Sales Team in Singapore & collaborate with other Macartney bases globally.
• Read and interpret simple technical drawings to support quotation and order accuracy.
• Handle import/export documentation, freight arrangements, collections, and customs clearance.
• Maintain ongoing coordination with suppliers regarding deliveries, lead times, and order status.
• Attend to phone calls and emails professionally, ensuring timely responses and appropriate referrals.
• Provide administrative support for yearly stocktaking activities.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties to support the organisation’s operational and sales functions.

• Minimum Nitec education.
• QHSE certifications (e.g., bizSAFE 3/4, ISO internal auditor) are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Some experience in preparing & maintaining ISO & bizsafe documentation.
• Able to read simple technical drawings.
• Ability to understand technical information, particularly across a wide range of electro‑mechanical and marine products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Business Central is an advantage (training will be provided).
• Good understanding of import/export processes and logistics paperwork is beneficial.
