Maintenance, Training, Quality, Safety Manager

Job Purpose
Reporting to Branch Manager, Training, Safety, Security & Quality Office (TQSO), you will be responsible for TQS Management, Maintenance Training, SQ Compliance & driving SQ Culture for CCL Division.

Responsibilities

Training, Quality, Safety and Security Management

• Develop and deliver L1 SSQ work plan.
• Provide regular TQS performance update to CCL Maintenance Heads, CCL SSQO and/or other related management review forums.
• Oversee the timely review and update SSQ documents in alignment with Corporate, Trains and CCCL SSQ Policies and Procedures.
• Assist, monitor and co-ordinate with CCL Maintenance Branches in their Training review and courses.

Training, Quality, Safety & Security Compliance

• Oversee, develop and implement the CCL Maintenance Audit and Inspection Plan, work with Maintenance management and associates to implement Self-check Programs. Support L2 to L4 audit and inspection at Line/Division.
• Report on TQS performances and raise concerns/issues to Head of Maintenance based on finding from audits and inspection by L1 to L4.
• Ensure legal compliance on training, health, safety and security requirements are met.
• Advise Maintenance Head on quality matters, mitigations and improvement.
• Comply with all safety and security (including cybersecurity) requirements and accord safety as priority.

Building a Strong SSQ Culture

• Promote awareness of SSQ in CCL Maintenance via various means, e.g. meetings, staff engagements e.g. Safety protected time, Workplace and other media.
• Collaborate with Line/Division training function on SSQ training requirement.
• Execute SSQ outreach events and initiatives as directed by CCL Maintenance Head.

Undertake any other tasks as and when assigned and directed by Maintenance Head/Branch Manager TQS.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering/Business from a recognised institution with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Prior Knowledge in Quality Management will be preferred.

Skills

• Good knowledge in Quality Management System.
• Possess positive attitude and good communications skills with ability to work across functional teams.
• Able to work independently and under pressure of tight timeline, self-motivated, resourceful, and organized.
• Willingness/required to work outside normal office hours and/or shift hours to perform audits.
