Workday Recruitment Lead Consultant

Job Description:

As a Workday Recruiting Consultant, your primary responsibilities may include:

1. Lead or support the Recruiting workstream on a Workday implementation project.
2. Work with clients to support the new requirements for Recruiting.
3. Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
4. Provide support for legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
5. Manage small on and off-shore functional teams.
6. Identify strategies, risks, and options; recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
7. Architect Workday Recruiting solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
8. Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
9. Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
10. Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
11. Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Existing and up-to-date Workday Partner Certification.
2. Minimum of 3 years of Workday HCM implementation experience.
3. Workday Recruiting implementation experience.
4. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
