Workday Adaptive Planning Architect

We are seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Architect to join our client in Singapore. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for our clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Develop and optimize models, dashboards, and reports to enhance planning and forecasting processes.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday Adaptive Planning functionality and best practices.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including scoping, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on Workday Adaptive Planning capabilities.
• Stay updated with Workday product updates and incorporate new features into client solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Proficiency in creating complex models and reports in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Workday Adaptive Planning certification is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Holds an active Workday Certification (Adaptive preferred; Financials is a plus).
• Open to candidates with prior experience in implementing TM1 Cognos , Anaplan , or Oracle EPM solutions .
• Proven track record of leading medium to large-scale Adaptive Planning (or similar) implementation projects.
• Extensive experience with Adaptive Planning in both development and administrative roles.
• Proficient in automation and integration of Adaptive Planning solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and its application in financial planning and analysis.
• Deep understanding of FP&A processes and activities .
• Demonstrated team management skills, including mentoring, delegating, coaching, and reviewing work.
• Experienced in pre-sales activities , including proposal development, presentations, and delivering impactful demos.
