Responsibilities

1. Support day-to-day maintenance of Workday system, ensuring data integrity by performing data cleansing and conducting audits as well as workflow alignment across regions.
2. Assist with implementation of new modules, new workflow, and upgrades, collaborating with Technology & HR Analytics team and other stakeholders.
3. Develop and generate reports to provide useful HR insights.
4. Manage end-to-end delivery of non-HR system projects including coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure project success across regions.
5. Act as subject matter expert for HR system.

Candidate Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
2. 5 years’ relevant HR experience.
3. Proficient in Workday system and Microsoft Office.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Good communication skills.
7. Team player.
