Hospital Meal Preparation Staff - North East / 12hrs

Join Our Team as a 1yr Contract Hospital Meal Preparation Staff!

We are hiring Contract Kitchen Crew to prepare meals for our hospital patients. If you're passionate about food preparation and working in a healthcare setting, we want YOU to join our team!

Location: Sengkang

Workday & Hours: 4/3/4/3 Workday Pattern (Can be discussed)

• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• 45-minute break

Salary: $11.50/hr

1 Year Contract (Yearly renewable basis)

Work Scope:

• Prep & cut fruits, sandwiches, and desserts
• Blend fruits and make jelly & desserts
• Portion, pack, label, and stamp food items
• Move items to chiller and storeroom
• Clean operational areas
• Assist in other kitchen tasks as required

Requirements:

• Basic Food Hygiene Cert
• Knife handling skills
• Able to handle weights >20kg
• Able to stand for long hours with breaks
• Full PPE required (Boots, Hair Net, Apron, Arm Sleeve & Gloves)

Healthcare Vaccination Requirement: Must have the necessary vaccinations (Can reimburse if no record and need to go for jab):

• Fully vaccinated for Covid (2 primary and 1 booster)
• 2 doses of Varicella (DUE LIFETIME) (Chicken pox)
• 2 doses of MMR (DUE LIFETIME) (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
• 1 dose of Tdap
