Payroll Specialist (WFH Hybrid / West) - UP TO $4200

Join P-Serv's project and work closely with our client, Statutory Board of Singapore as Payroll Executive. Work together as a team in managing the full end-to-end payroll processing.

Scope of Work

1. Manage the Payroll Processing including but not limited to receiving data inputs from various parties and through the system
2. Verification of data against supporting documents
3. Ensuring that data is correctly interfaced from Workday to Excelity
4. Manage payroll process to ensure that resignees are encashed their outstanding leave balance and withholding of salary until verification that Exit Clearance is completed
5. Prepare accounting entries for accruals (E.g. Bonus, CPF, Leave, Claims)
6. Manage the claim and reimbursement process for Government Paid Leave (e.g. childcare, maternity, paternity, share parental leave) via the Government portal and ensuring relevant journals are posted
7. Manage secondment billing for seconded staff
8. Manage payments to external organisations by providing information to Finance and ensuring any relevant journals are done
9. Support regular payroll audits by internal and external auditors, including but not limited to the preparation of payroll figures and documents requested by auditors and key personnel remuneration reporting
10. Support the HR team in the implementation of their policies and programs by ensuring these are operationalised and smoothly executed
11. Perform ongoing review of processes and systems (including system User Acceptance Test, if required) for operational excellence
12. Any other ad-hoc matters

Requirement

1. Minimum Diploma in Finance / Account or any other related fields
2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience with proven record of payroll processing of min. 1000 headcounts
3. Good proficiency skills in Microsoft, such as Pivot Table, VLOOKUP
4. Prior experience in Workday and Excelity software added advantage
5. Comfortable to work on Weekends, PH Eve, Public Holidays (if required, due to payroll runs)
