HR Executive (HRIS/Payroll Implementation, Workday)

• Handle all HR activities, such as staffing, employee development, rewards and benefits, workplace relations, and the coordination of new hire integration and exit processes.
• Serve as the Project Lead for HRIS deployment, overseeing activities such as requirements gathering, system development, data migration, implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and ongoing user support.
• Provide tailored support to business units by addressing operational challenges, overseeing recruitment and talent pipelines, and designing training plans.
• Offer guidance on employee relations, including disciplinary issues, grievances, and counselling, and administer government support programs and grants.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end HRIS/Payroll implementation preferably in Workday.
• Highly organized and resourceful team player with excellent communication skills.

Lead Payroll (HRIS/Payroll Implementation, Workday)

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end payroll process for all entities, including international payroll.
• Handle tax clearance, CPF submissions, annual income tax filing, and submission of government claims, such as paid-leave and NS claims.
• Manage system integration/migration, process streamlining, and reporting to authorities.
• Work closely with Finance on payroll closure, general ledger reporting, payroll reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of local/international payroll processing with team lead experience.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end HRIS/Payroll implementation preferably in Workday.
• Highly organized and resourceful team player with excellent communication skills.
