Serve as Project Lead for HRIS implementation (including specifications gathering, development, system migration, UAT, go-live, user support, etc.).
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions.
Contribute to HR projects, spearhead key HR initiatives, employee engagement programs, and statutory surveys.
Develop a thorough understanding of business units and their people challenges, delivering proactive support aligned with operational needs.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience as HR Generalist.
Experience leading full-cycle HRIS/Payroll implementation (from specifications gathering to go-live), end-to-end recruitment, including career fairs, campus recruitment, and direct sourcing.
Proficient in WorkDay/Times Software and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
Salary: $3,000 to $6,000
