Position Overview:
As a Residential Cleaning Team Leader, you will oversee a team of cleaners, ensuring homes are cleaned to the highest standards. Your handyman skills will be a major asset in addressing minor home maintenance tasks that enhance our service. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be expected to clean, lead, and solve small maintenance issues on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise a team of residential cleaners, ensuring efficient and high-quality work.
2. Perform residential cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitization.
3. Utilize handyman skills to perform minor home maintenance tasks (e.g., fixing door handles, light repairs, basic plumbing issues).
4. Train and mentor team members on best cleaning practices and safety procedures.
5. Manage schedules, assign tasks, and ensure all jobs are completed on time.
6. Communicate effectively with clients and handle any service-related concerns.
7. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

1. Experience in residential cleaning or a similar fast-paced industry.
2. Handyman skills or experience in maintenance, construction, or a trade is a strong advantage.
3. Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards.
4. Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
5. Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
6. Comfortable working in a physically active role.
7. Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required).
