Workday Consultant

Job Description

1. Comprehend Workday integrations from multiple endpoint systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information;
2. Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating Workday cloud application with external applications across HR, Finance, and other areas where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors;
3. Basic understanding of the Security Configuration and Business Process set up in the tenant is a must;
4. Analyse, design, build, test and deploy Workday integration including Studio, EIB, and supplement with any 3rd party coding;
5. Support upgrades, changes and modifications, including evaluation of Workday releases;
6. Develop BIRT reports using Eclipse IDE;
7. Experience to write Unix scripts, knowledge on Connect Direct and SFTP protocol are added advantage.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum degree in IT or computer related subject with a recognized university;
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday integration development.

1. Workday Integration experience and certification
2. Hands-on Workday Integration experience, including:
1. EIB
2. Core Connectors
3. PECI / PICOF payroll integration
4. XMLs / XSLTs and Document Transformations.
5. Workday Studio
6. Custom Reports
7. Integration Security
3. SOAP API / Web services
4. JavaScript / HTML
5. Eclipse

Optional (good to have):

1. HCM Functional Knowledge
2. Travel & Expense Functional Knowledge
3. Payroll Functional Knowledge
4. Absence and Time Tracking Functional Knowledge
