Payroll Team Lead (HRIS / Payroll Implementation, WorkDay)

Responsibilities:

• Acting as Project Lead for system implementation (from development to go-live stage).
• Oversee and manage in-house payroll process full cycle for all entities (including overseas).
• Accountable for accurate and timely payroll computation and processing.
• Conduct timesheet calculations and collaborate with Operations on attendance and leave matters.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of Payroll experience in a leadership role.
• Experience leading full-cycle HRIS/Payroll implementation (from specifications gathering to go-live), handling overseas payroll (Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia, China, Malaysia), and managing high-volume payroll for 600+ employees across multiple entities.
• Proficient in WorkDay/Times Software and MS Excel.
• Strong payroll knowledge with expertise in the Employment Act and HR practices.

Salary: $4,000 to $6,000
