Responsible for plant electrical system, planned, operate safety precautions and carry work such as preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and repair maintenance for high voltage transformer, high voltage switch gear, switch room, power generator and building.
To assist the team, carry out mechanical & electrical equipment’s such as preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance & repair maintenance as per schedule.
To assist the team troubleshooting & modification of mechanical & electrical equipment’s to maintain running condition at all times.
Register competency of Chargeman of EDSB with Energy Commission of Malaysia under Electricity supply act & regulations.
Develop & implement facilities management program including corrective and preventive maintenance.
Liaison/work with other department in solving the work request in facility maintenance.
Coordinate work on facility upkeep, repair and CAPEX project (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, building, road, roof, drainage, fire fighting system and general work).
Handling & monitoring maintenance costing & breakdown time.
Develop & maintaining facility SOP & compliance to ISO requirements.
Monitoring new building facility setup including prepare & track facility budget.
Conduct regular inspection to ensure compliance with HSE standards & industry codes.
To prepare monthly building management and maintenance report and make recommendation for improvement and upgrading.
Manage the team of facility Technicians.
To ensure facility work comply to all requirements of standards approved by the Management and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing industries.
Good leadership skills and troubleshooting skills to drive project improvements.
