RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Study information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes to design comprehensive solutions.
2. Produce clean, efficient code and maintain existing applications.
3. Integrate software components and third-party software to create cohesive systems.
4. Recommend and execute system improvements to enhance functionality and performance.
5. Verify and deploy programs and systems, ensuring they meet requirements.
6. Provide comprehensive support for applications by deeply understanding business processes. Developing best practices to effectively translate business processes into application workflows.
7. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software to ensure optimal performance.
8. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products, ensuring seamless integration and support.
9. Provide advice, coaching, and educational opportunities to a team of software engineers and application support personnel.
10. Provide training and support to stakeholders, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the solutions provided.
11. Create and maintain technical documentation, including flowcharts, code comments, and clear code for reference and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering.
2. At least 3 years in a similar position.
3. Proven record in supporting major ERP or related applications.
4. Expert in web application development, specializing in PHP and SQL.
5. In-depth knowledge of CutePHP and Laravel.
6. In-depth knowledge of MySQL and/or other relational databases.
