Join our innovative team and make a real impact! We're looking for talented individuals to fill two key roles: OutSystems Engineer and Release Manager. These positions offer you the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, from developing high-quality applications to ensuring seamless software deployments, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

In these combined roles, you will be responsible for the development, deployment, and management of software solutions. As an OutSystems Engineer, you’ll focus on building and testing high-quality applications, while the Release Manager aspect will involve coordinating and overseeing the deployment of software updates and changes. You'll ensure smooth testing, release planning, and risk mitigation to ensure the successful launch and operation of applications in production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop OutSystems applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
2. Testing & Quality Assurance: Manage SIT/UAT testing, document results, and resolve issues to ensure system stability.
3. Release Management: Plan and coordinate weekly releases, track progress, and ensure proper execution across teams to meet deadlines.
4. Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks during deployments, create rollback plans, and minimize service disruptions.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment on release schedules and business needs.
6. Post-Deployment Support: Monitor and resolve any issues after deployment, ensuring smooth operations in production.

Skills & Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in OutSystems development and/or release management, with knowledge of both front-end and back-end development.
3. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in OutSystems 10/11, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and Integration Studio.
4. Tools & Frameworks: Experience with release management tools (Jira, ServiceNow), and familiarity with Agile and ITIL methodologies.
5. Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, MySQL).
6. Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and risk management skills to ensure smooth application deployments.
7. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
