Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote premix/quarry products and services to existing and potential clients.
2. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the market presence of the Premix division.
3. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to clients.
4. Coordinate and manage QA/QC processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
5. Coordinate and conduct regular inspections, tests, and audits to maintain high-quality standards.
6. Collaborate with production teams to address and rectify quality issues.
7. Coordinate with operations of the premix division, ensuring efficiency, quality and adherence to safety standards.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
9. Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
10. Develop and manage costing and pricing for the premix products.
11. Provide regular forecasts and reports on sales and marketing performance.
12. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree/Diploma/Certificate in Manufacturing, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Demonstrated success in sales and marketing roles, preferably in construction materials.
3. Understanding of premix production, QAQC process, specifications and industry standards.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Familiarity with budgeting and financial analysis.
