An experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Supervisor to lead and establish the F&I operations. F&I department requires process development, structuring, and optimization. The role involves managing a team of 7+ F&I Executives and assistant, driving revenue through finance and insurance products, and ensuring seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Development: Establish, streamline, and standardize F&I processes, policies, and reporting.
• Team Management: Lead and train a team of 7+ F&I Executives and assistant to maximize finance and insurance sales.
• Lender & Insurance Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and insurance providers to secure the best deals for customers.
• Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to integrate F&I offerings into the car-buying process.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, lender guidelines, and dealership policies.
• Customer Experience: Drive a transparent, customer-focused approach while maximizing dealership profitability.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, conversion rates, and revenue generation from finance and insurance products.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of F&I experience in an automotive dealership, with a track record of process establishment and optimization.
• Strong understanding of automotive finance, insurance products, and lender relationships.
• Leadership experience in managing and mentoring an F&I team.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving dealership environment.
