About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse and logistics operations. This role is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient space utilization, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

1. Oversee warehouse operations in compliance with company policies.
2. Ensure efficient receiving, storage, and distribution processes.
3. Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in the warehouse.

Inventory Control

1. Manage stock levels and reconcile with the storage system.
2. Analyze orders to determine stock requirements and reorder as needed.
3. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory.

Collaboration & Team Management

1. Work closely with the Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
2. Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and manage staff performance.
3. Recruit, train, and motivate warehouse employees.

Reporting & Analysis

1. Generate reports on stock movement, dead stock, and inventory health.
2. Monitor and improve service quality based on feedback.

Shipment Management

1. Oversee loading, routing, and delivery logistics.
2. Optimize transportation costs and ensure timely deliveries.

Safety & Compliance

1. Ensure safe transportation and handling of goods.
2. Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Logistics Supervisor
2. Strong knowledge of warehouse management best practices & KPIs
3. Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
4. Ability to implement process improvements for efficiency
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
