Job Purpose: Responsible for the Team performance, Revenue & Service. Enhance customer loyalty. Quality of work within the Unit.

Minimum Requirements for Virtual Relationship Manager:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

1. Minimum of 7 years in banking or financial services, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of anti-money laundering measures, compliance policies, and central bank regulations.
3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for superior client relationship management.
4. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and ensure meticulous documentation compliance with organizational policies.
5. Expertise in resolving customer complaints and delivering exceptional customer service.
6. Extensive familiarity with risk monitoring, due diligence, and maintaining customer records in strict compliance with regulations.
7. Strong team player with the capability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and business partners.
8. Adaptability to work in multiple locations based on dynamic business needs.
9. Knowledge of Company policies and procedures is a significant advantage.
10. Adherence to line manager instructions and the ability to efficiently handle diverse tasks assigned by management.
