Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Office Team Leader with expertise in Guest Services and fluent Russian language skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, managing a team of Guest Services staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service for our Russian-speaking guests.

Job Responsibility:

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk team to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
  2. Train and mentor Guest Services staff on service standards, policies, and procedures.
  3. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Monitor and ensure the accuracy of guest reservations, billing, and check-in/check-out processes.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  6. Provide support in managing daily reports, schedules, and performance evaluations.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, local events, and hotel promotions to provide relevant information to guests.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Fluency in Russian language is a must.
  2. Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role.
  3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  6. Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications.
  7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
