My client is a global consumer goods company based in Dubai, who is looking for a HR Supervisor. The candidate must have experience in a supervisory HR position, with the main focus of the role being Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Recruitment and Manpower, and other HR Administration. Role Responsibilities:

1. The HR Supervisor will have 5 direct reports.
2. Organising the appraisals, training, and development of direct reports.
3. Organise the HR Director's diary and assist with the development of strategic initiatives.
4. HR Policy, procedure, and programs administration.
5. Perform Induction Program for new starters.
6. Manage HR Department quarterly KPIs.
7. Handle employee HR queries and report grievances to HR Director.

Skills and Experience:

1. MUST have experience supervising junior HR staff members.
2. CIPD qualification desirable.
3. UAE Drivers Licence needed.
4. SAP experience would be desirable.
5. Excellent communication and people skills.
6. UAE work experience.

The Benefits:

Up to AED 20,000 per month plus benefits.

Candidates must be based and currently living in the UAE.
