We are looking for a highly skilled Salesperson with strong industry knowledge of Electrical and Electronic products, who is passionate about driving sales, increasing market share, and building sustainable relationships.

The Internal Salesperson is responsible for providing sound technical advice and solutions to customers on the ACDC product range. The incumbent will be required to build and maintain excellent customer relations.

Key Performance Areas

1. Advise on technical information
2. Follow up on back orders
3. Handle queries and general administration
4. Up & Cross Selling including promotion of specials (to supply evidence and regularity)
5. Foster relationship and cooperation with external and internal sales teams and other departments
6. Diffuse irate customer situations and provide feasible solutions
7. Maintain time keeping, house keeping, personal grooming, and general discipline (Clock and Log in reports as evidence)
8. Build and maintain customer relationships
9. Attend training (To attend 4 official training sessions per annum)

Minimum Requirements

1. Matric
2. Inbound sales experience in the Electrical Field
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ability to cope with change and remain calm under pressure
5. Ability to multitask
