About Information Governance and Security Team
The Information Governance and Security function within the Discovery Group aims to provide assurance that the organisation’s information assets are adequately protected against threats on a control basis. This is achieved by finding the right balance of information security and business freedom.
Key Purpose
The Information Security Administrator will be employed in the Security operations team to perform the basic security roles and functions but will have the opportunity to widen their knowledge, skills, and experience in the greater cyber security fields such as ICAM, Endpoint and Edge Security. Learners will also work with the different governance and compliance teams.
Areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to:
Personal Attributes and Skills
Education and Experience
Must have completed Matric.
Experience in IT skills.
Advantageous:
Any other diplomas or certifications in the IT fields.
Working Conditions:
Office-based role as per company policy.
