Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Coordinator; Cum Administrative Executive role located in Bukit Timah Central Region. The Candidate will be responsible for:
- Serve as the key liaison between office management and ground workers, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports for clients, detailing project updates and progress.
- Develop and compile tender documents, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare quotations and cost estimates for landscaping projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
- Manage client invoicing and ensure timely payments.
- Handle procurement, including raising purchase orders for materials.
- Oversee payroll processing and employee compensation.
- Design graphics, Photoshop presentations, and project layouts, including structural and site plans.
- Lead project management efforts, developing progress plans, setting targets, and monitoring milestones.
- Conduct basic cost analysis to ensure budget efficiency.
- Schedule and coordinate project timelines, team assignments, and deliverables to ensure smooth workflow.
- Apply for various licenses and permits for the company and workers.
- Search and enroll suitable courses for staff or workers to attend and upgrade them.
Additional Information:
- Work days: Mon-Fri, 8hrs; and Sat, 1/2 day or flexible arrangement as work requires.
- The role is approximately 80% office-based and 20% on-site.
- Proficiency in Chinese, Malay is preferred for effective communication.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Landscape Design & Horticulture or related diploma.
- Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- No experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, 3D Structural Drawing is preferable.
- Ability to be self-motivated and stretch one’s comfort zone to achieve excellence in work.
