Job description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator who will also take on Office Administration duties. In this dual role, the individual will provide essential support to project teams and oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the office.

Core Responsibilities:

Project Administration:

  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, proposals, budgets, and reports.
  • Assist in submission and following up on projects progressive claims to claims certification.
  • Assist in the preparation of variation orders and other supporting documents for submission.
  • Schedule, organize, and coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges to the management team.
  • Take pictures of completed projects and update project references.

Office Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day office maintenance, ensuring that all office equipment is in working order and supplies are stocked.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor management, providing support and directing inquiries as needed.
  • Handle office supply orders, monitor inventory, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure that office spaces meet health and safety regulations.
  • Handle office area improvement projects.

Education Qualification:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of related experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Teams.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to start work immediately.
