Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 830am - 515pm, Sat: 830am - 1230pm

• Perform clerical tasks and daily data entry.
• Generate DO, PO & Invoice as deemed necessary, and ensure that all supporting documents are in place.
• Respond to any emails from customers or vendors.
• Proper filing of documents for records and easy retrieval.
• Assist in office management and organization procedures.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a strong team player.
• Meticulous, independent, and able to work in a team.
