To provide clerical/administrative support for the project
Prepare and process documents and project records
Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents such as correspondences, drawings, and reports are organized and maintained according to Project Filing Code
Preparation & submission of project documents
Maintain the control number for documents from receiving to issuance
Maintain filing and register in/out correspondences
Assist in office management (housekeeping, maintenance of office equipment, stationery, and staff welfare)
Facilitate in organizing site events if required
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
