Job Description & Requirements

The incumbent candidate must have good time management skills to maintain office services by organizing and assisting our security operations and procedures, coordinating deployment, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions, as well as managing the security operation team.

The job can range widely in duties and responsibilities, including handling specific types of paperwork or filing, organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, and managing relationships with vendors and service buyers. The candidate must be able to work and adapt to fast-changing instructions and requirements, and cope with work stress during manpower deployment.

In addition, the following are some of the tasks that are to be performed:

  1. Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.
  2. Responsible for recruiting security officers for site deployment and providing orientation and explaining job descriptions based on PWM requirements to new employees.
  3. Responsible for developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures.
  4. Assist in SACE Consultancy-E LMS and provide administrative support.
  5. Ensure filing systems are maintained and current.
  6. Establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping.
  7. Design and implement office policies and procedures.
  8. Coordinate daily and weekly operational deployment and schedules.
  9. Perform other operational duties as assigned by management.
  10. Assist in overall administration including marketing and sales, accounts, and HR.

Requirements:

  1. Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience.
  2. Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  3. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  5. Willingness to work in a rotating schedule if needed.

Salary Offer:

Up to $3,500 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
