Job Description

Language: Preferable with Mandarin & English, as we have many customers who speak Mandarin.

Scope of work:

  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required;

  • Dealing with email enquiries from customers & suppliers if needed; following up emails if required;

  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities;

  • General office management such as sourcing office supplies, arranging office maintenance/renovation if possible, organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers; arranging both internal and external events;

  • Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts;

  • Providing administration support to management, such as devising office filing procedures and assisting in other HR and administrative matters;

  • Summarising market resource reports and assisting in trading matters if needed;

  • Delivering trading documents to the bank if needed.

Required Qualities:

  • Discretion and trustworthiness;

  • Full-Time position available;

  • Meticulous and well-organised;

  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, and Outlook);

  • Good communication skills (oral and written);

  • Preferably with at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
