Job Description
Language: Preferable with Mandarin & English, as we have many customers who speak Mandarin.
Scope of work:
Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required;
Dealing with email enquiries from customers & suppliers if needed; following up emails if required;
Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities;
General office management such as sourcing office supplies, arranging office maintenance/renovation if possible, organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers; arranging both internal and external events;
Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts;
Providing administration support to management, such as devising office filing procedures and assisting in other HR and administrative matters;
Summarising market resource reports and assisting in trading matters if needed;
Delivering trading documents to the bank if needed.
Required Qualities:
Discretion and trustworthiness;
Full-Time position available;
Meticulous and well-organised;
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, and Outlook);
Good communication skills (oral and written);
Preferably with at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
