Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at XJ Elevator, a leading provider of elevator installation, maintenance, and repair services. The Back Office Administrator will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s day-to-day activities. The role involves managing office tasks, handling communications, and assisting various departments to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform general office administration, including answering phone calls and maintaining files and records.
  2. Process and manage paperwork related to elevator installation, maintenance, and repair orders.
  3. Maintain and update customer databases and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
  4. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
  5. Support HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, documentation, and timesheet management.
  6. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary resources are available for day-to-day operations.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the operations team.
