1. Full Set of Accounts: Oversee the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
2. Routine Accounting Functions: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as processing payments, AR billings, journal entries, monthly schedules, bank statement reconciliations, and staff reimbursements.
3. Payroll & CPF Submission: Handle payroll processing and ensure timely submission of CPF contributions and other statutory obligations.

1. Contractor Liaison: Source and liaise with contractors and suppliers for property repairs and maintenance.
2. Payment Processing: Prepare and process payments to contractors and suppliers after work completion, ensuring all documentation is in order.
3. Office Management: Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining office equipment.

1. Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
4. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
5. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
