Sales Admin Executive (West, Construction)
Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales support, office administration, and accounting functions within the company.
- Manage sales inquiries, work closely with the sales team, and ensure customer expectations are met.
- Coordinate incoming shipments and liaise with shipping forwarders.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests with enthusiasm and efficiency.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 years of sales support and admin experience in the Engineering/Construction industry.
- Strong multitasking ability with effective communication skills at all levels.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Salary: $2,000 to $2,800
